The U.S. Attorney's office has filed a motion demanding that Wesley Snipes surrender himself to police custody.
They disagree with a Florida judge's decision to let the actor out on bail while he appeals his tax charges.
Snipes was found guilty and sentenced to three years in jail for not paying his taxes for several years.
He still owes millions of dollars!
The judge felt Wesley was not a flight risk, but that doesn't seem to be good enough for the feds.
"We want him in custody," said Steve Cole, spokesman for the U.S. Attorney's Office. "He's been convicted by a jury. He has been sentenced to three years and he should be in custody."
Now's the time to hop on a flight to somewhere tropical and far far away, Wesley!
