SHE DIDN'T CUT HER HAIR! you can tell that its actually one of those faux do's. Basically they pin up the hair underneath. Evan Longoria has done it several time. There are plenty of videos on youtube to show how to do this as well. That is why her hair is kinda curled under on the sides.
