As The Hogans Turn (Against Each Other)

As we mentioned earlier this month, Linda Hogan was trying to have her soon-to-be ex-hubby cited with contempt of court and thrown in jail for not paying his part of their $4.2 million Las Vegas condo they hoped to buy.
The two had contractually agreed to purchase the multi-million dollar Sin City pad at the Palms hotel back in 2005, before they split.
Now, it looks like Hulk Hogan wants to back out of the deal.
According to papers filed by his attorney, Hulk is asking a court to allow him out of his obligation to close on the condo.
The statement argues that "the parties were living together and [Hulk's] career was in tact" when they started the purchase back in 2005.
And it continues that, "Furthermore, the economy was stable."
The document also shows that the value of the property was currently appraised by Hulk's appraiser at $1,000,000 less than what was originally appraised by Linda's appraiser.
Hulk apparently considers the condo a "waste of marital assets" and wants to walk away from it as soon as possible.
So much so that he's willing to lose his down payment of $840,000.
We think Linda will fight this one. She's dying to see him in jail….and for every penny of his!

At first I thought the divorce was a ploy to protect some assets from John's family's lawsuit but now I dont know what to think. Even Brooke has cut her mom off.
