I am someone who has worked out all my life. I played sports when I was younger & in college ran & lifted weights. For the last couple years all I do is walk my dogs about an hour a day so I am still somewhat in shape. I need to get back to running & lifting weights but it is hard to find the time. However, my arms are still very cut & I still have a flat hard stomach. My but isn't as firm as it should be but it still looks fine. Once I start lifting weights again it won't take long to get toned up. MY POINT isn't to brag but emphasize that it is really good to start working out at a young age. If you are a teen start working out now & if you are older make sure your kids are active & fit & they will thank you for it later. You can be slightly lazy like me & then get back into shape again & it isn't that hard. Someone like Perez who has never worked out is going to have a tough time toning up. It is better late than never though.

I told you 3 months ago your goal was unrealistic. When you have over a hundred and fifty lbs to loose you are not going to end up with 6 pac abs, just a lot of loose flabby skin. Criss Angel Is Recorded Threatening To Knock Out His Producer!

Whoa! Criss Angel is NOT messing around here!

The Luxor headlining illusionist was recorded having quite the verbal altercation with Joe Monti, one of his magic producers on Wednesday, during which Angel is heard threatening to knock him out - and now he's had a police report filed against him!

Furthermore, Monti later said to authorities that he recorded the meeting because Angel has a history of bullying employees!

He explains:

“I wanted him to know how demeaning he was. I created 50-60 percent of the magic for ‘Mindfreak.' I have no reason to do anything vindictively but I draw the line on violence.”
