Looks like Bill Murray and his now ex-wife, Jennifer, wanted to keep the crazy under wraps.
'Sex addict' Murray and the 'drunk' are officially divorced - with no fanfare, no drama, like we were expecting!
According to court documents, the pair were granted a divorce on June 13th.
The actor's been ordered to pay child support.
The ex-wifey will have custody of their four kids and gets to keep their two houses.
Oh well, at least we have the Christie Brinkley bitter divorce battle to look forward to!

Wow, the laws must be very different there. In my state, you cannot be granted a divorce until AT LEAST 6 months after filing.

WHAT?? She has custody of the children? Wasn't she accused BY her own children for beating them and negelcting them…how the hell did she get custody?? That's some messed up shit!!

Good for the two of them for closing in on their family's privacy so quickly. The children will ultimately benefit, and so will they. Nothing good is served by making their pain public fodder.
I work in family law in South Carolina. There are 4 fault grounds in SC and 1 no fault ground, 1 year's continuous separation. In SC, a divorce cannot be granted on a fault ground until the divorce complaint has been filed for 90 days. If a divorce is granted on the ground of 1 year continuous separation, the parties have to be separated for 1 year and then the moving spouse can file for divorce and get a hearing set up. Evidently the Murrays had been separated for a year prior to the filing because there is absolutely no such thing as a quickie divorce in the State of South Carolina.
