I went to high school with these kids and let me tell you, they're great kids! We went to a Christian high school and they were always leading worship in chapel or something and their dad spoke on our convention. My biggest fear is that the basis of religion, which is complete fear in itself, will get the best of these misguided people and eventually bring about the end of the world through religious strife! Just look at what's happened in the past and what's happened now and the dark specter of religion has its' hand in all the bloodshed and this trend will continue!
As long as there is religion, there will be a basis for conflict and hatred in this world. It also promotes a savage misunderstanding of how the world works and many people sit on their hands folded in prayer, waiting for a mythical figure to 'fix things'. I am saddened by young people like these brothers, who while trying to promote what they think is a good thing, are actually helping to promote something that is simply not helping the world any more. Get it through your heads people, no mythical figure is going to step in and save us from ruining ourselves and this planet! The shape the world is in now should be enough proof of this and we should take responsibility as a species now before it is too late! Wake up people! Violence in the name of religion is going to destroy this world and it detracts from all of us focusing on truly saving this planet and ourselves in the process!
