That shady doctor, Jan Adams, who operated on Kanye West's mom just before she died, was arrested early Thursday morning for drunk driving.

This is his third DUI related arrest since 2003.

Foolish!

Absolutely IDIOTIC.

According to a report, officers saw Adams' 2004 gray Jag XJ8 driving the wrong way up an off ramp on the 605 freeway just outside Benicia, Calif.

How Nicole Richie of him!

After failing a field sobriety test, he was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving, driving the wrong way and driving on a suspended license (ANOTHER unnecessary offense).

He's currently in the Solano County Jail awaiting bail.

We hope no one comes to bail his sorry ass out!

      You obviously ripped this story from TMZ, who incorrectly reported the freeway as the 605. However, TMZ corrected it to the 680.

      It's the 680 Freeway, other than that you got it right, I just read about it on the Vacaville Reporter Online edition. My sister uses that onramp to get to and from Work. At least it was in the middle of the night, it's a very heavily traveled bit of road!!!

      Benicia is NOT the armpit of Solano County Steph. Go look up the city stat's compared to the rest of the county. Less crime, higher testing schools, higher property values.

      you know, alcoholism is a disease.. if someone had a mental illness you would not call them an asshole.. yes kanyes mother was very upsetting for many people.. how do you think he feels? he was the one who was held responsible for the death.. i would be an alocholic if i killed someone by accident or not.. and kanyes mother was an accident.. and maybe the clinic should be able to hire and make sure doctors are sober while performing operations.. hes an alcoholic which is a disease.

      p.s. Fairfield is the big smelly armpit of Solano County. So is every other town NOT on the bay, which means every other single city besides Benicia or Vallejo. Just sayin.'
