I just quit smoking 3 weeks ago after 25 years of smoking 1+ packs a day. It was hell. No patch, no gums, no meds, nothing. Just stopped. I had these huge waves of nictoine yearnings that just washed over me about once every 30 minutes. Then after 3 days they were gone. Cool! I'm real confident I will never go back, I feel too damn good. Everyone should quit! It's hell for about 3-5 days, but after that, smooth sailing! And I smell good! Fresh breath, hair, skin, clothes. You absolutely can't beat it. Not to mention saving $5 a day.
