As rumors of his marriage continue to swirl - rumors which were just denied by Madonna's publicist - Guy Ritchie looked carefree leaving the Material Mom's NYC apartment on Tuesday.

It's an open secret that they don't even live together but next door to each other. This marriage will last until Madonna has more time to devote to thinking about a settlement.
