As we've previously mentioned, Lindsay Lohan's spotlight-loving father has taken a paternity test to determine if he is (or isn't) the father of that Montana massage therapist's bastard child.
Daddy HoHan admitted last week he had a fling with the lady in 1995, when he was separated from Lindsay’s mom, Dina.
Well…the lady and her baby better watch out if the results aren't positive!
The ex-convict says, “If the test is found to be negative, she’s gonna be sued for libel and defamation."
Oh, snap!

um, i hope he realizes that to win, he will have to prove that that woman KNEW he wasn't the father. i doubt he will be able to do that, since he readily admits that they slept together.
libel and slander can't be proved just because someone makes an accusation about you that you don't like. you have to prove that they knew they were lying, and said those things to ruin your reputation. i hope he doesn't have a lawyer telling him he could win, because he can't.

so how could this possibly be dafamation? she's alleging only that he slept with her, therefore fathering the child. that *IF* acknowledges that he slept with her and might have also fathered the child… so how is that defamation?

Okay, well, when the DNA test comes back that Michael Lohan is the father then she needs to sue his stupid ass for 13 years worth of back-child support! This situation and his attitude makes him an even bigger douche nozzle in my book! How will the little girl feel when it comes out that Michael Lohan is the father and he has made no attempt to build a relationship with her. So sad, this is why I believe people need to have a special license to procreate.

you can sue if you're a public figure, but realistically the chances of winning are slim and none because you have to prove malice. Michael Lohan "admitting" that he's the father pretty much put the nail in that coffin.

If she really cared about who the father was why did it take 13 years to say "yeah this is the father of my child". Is he going to be there for that child…… NOPE!!!!!!

Why doesn't HE deal with it? He's the one that did the deed, not the lawyers. He's known about the new daughter for a week and is already trying to whore her out for money regarding payment from the tabloids for the paternity test results, but thankfully there are no takers, lol. I'd worry about Lohan trying to hold up the MOM for child support somehow. Pffft.
