Wesley Snipes must have some good lawyers working on his behalf!
A judge has granted Snipes' request for permission to travel to London and Bangkok for 'work'.
Interesting note — Snipes' lawyers are arguing that the judge in the case made several errors before and after his February conviction.
Is allowing Wes permission to go abroad an 'i'm sorry' from the judge?
The Feds will likely appeal this decision.
Hop on a plane now, Snipes!

I'm beginning to think I'm psychic. Everytime I read TMZ I know what Perez is going to talk about the next day
The cool thing about being the Judge is not having to say your "sorry". Get a clue (or at least better legal consultants).
What is he doing?
Fame can't buy you everything
rot in jail, why should he get special treatment
Re: jeff – Seriously…Perez, you need to either focus on your website or focus on the ever dwindling 15 minutes of fame that you have received as a result of your site. TMZ has virtually every bit of news prior to you. Go smoke a pole.
Lesley Wipes… I mean Wesley Snipes… need to go some where and hide under a bush… or maybe he's doing that already.

"Wesley Snipes must have some good lawyers working on his behalf!"
No, it's because he has a good case! The us Federal income tax is an unlawful racket.
Good - let him earn some money so he can pay back the government what he owes! He can make millions working as an actor, which is a lot better than the dollar a day he'll earn doing laundry in prison. Win-win for everyone.
I don't think it's so much an "I'm sorry" as it is a "we won't tie your hands while you go make the tax money you owe so the IRS gets PAID."
The "income tax" (Amendment 16) is illegal!!!
WAKE UP!!!!!
Watch "America: Freedom to Fascism"
Google it and watch online.
You'll see why they are making an example out of a celebrity to deter regular folks like you and me.
I promise you'll never see this gov't the same way again.
Re: Taylor –
HE has committed no crime and you would know that if you knew your history.
Because the judge Knows that the charge against him will not hold up in supreme court. And to deny a able working man would be more of an injustice than him not paying his taxes on income which is every citizens option to pay and is protected by the 16th Ammendment
They have to let him go so he can earn money to pay his back taxes DUMBASS!!
Earn some money. The government will be waiting you at your return.
This ni99er belongs in prison
The errors they are arguing are standard and necessary to appeal and case. It can be an error of law, or laws, made by the jury, the attorneys, and yes, even the judge. An error of law is considered any misstep during the trial, such as giving the jurors unclear instructions, allowing evidence to be submitted that shouldn't have been, etc. Errors are the only way to appeal, and if it is proved there were in fact errors made in the trial, they are granted a new trial. You don't have to be a lawyer to know this.

Re: itsok – 26 - He doesn't 'deserve special treatment' because he's black. People on the short bus deserve special treatment. Moron.
