I have two young teenage girls, they write the hell all over each other at school and friend's houses. It's stupid, and Sharpie, so it doesn't come all the way off and just looks dirty most of the time. But what the hell, I did stupid shit when I was a teenager too. I asked their friends why they do it and it 'feels tickly'. Whatever.

I went through this phase in junior high and high school where I wrote on myself and wore stickers on my face. Ironically, I wore "hole" t shirts. She is just trying to be a non conformist and 'punk rock' like many kids at school.
