This is totally true. Iwas a waitress at Cheetah when this happened and was working that night. I served Em and his "entourage" for about an hour. Then Em went into the bathroom with one of his body gaurds. The man "Mike" is a regular of the club and was standing at the urinal. The body guard said "What are you staring at man" and Mike said, "Eminem dude". Then Em went all batshit crazy and hit him. Em's bouncers got him out of there, and Mike was left bleeding.
They left without tipping valet and left without paying a $300 tab. The next day when I came in though, a rep of his dropped off an envelope w/ money for the tab and a very generous tip.
The guy deserves to win the lawsuit though (Mike). He didn't do anythign and Em and is boys were just out of control
