On Sunday, Spaniard Rafael Nadal won the Men's Singles title at Wimbledon!

It was an epic battle against rival (and Anna Wintour's "crush") Roger Federer.

After two rain delays and 4 hours and 48 minutes of playing, Raffa secured victory.

The Spanish phenom won the French Open a few weeks ago (also against Federer).

This is the first time since 1980 that someone's won the French Open and Wimbledon title back to back.

What a week for Spanish athletics!

Last Sunday the Euro soccer title…and now Wimbledon.

Ole!

Rockers Gavin Rossdale and super preggo Gwen Stefani were spotted in the front row cheering their pal Roger on.

Gwen's such a trooper!

I am so sad that Roger lost and didn't break the record…. mostly just to see him loose and still be so gracious and courageous in defeat. I congratulate Nadel and all of Spain on their big wins this year but Roger to me, is now right up there with the best men tennis players ever. Not to mention, the most humble.
What a match , I overslept and was sure i'd missed it but thanks to rain delays i got my workout jumping up and down for hours.

And yeah, Gwen looked utterly bored throughout the whole match, and looked very sulky and showed no respect to Nadal at the end (even when he was clambering about in the player's box to see his family, which is also where she was sitting). That really pissed me off - I mean, show a bit of grace. He played an incredible match.
