If it is true, very sad. It could just be set up to look like it to create drama. As a sunbstance abuse counselor, his behavior on this first 4 episides could mean a few things (because he is so out of it and impulsive, lacking focus, emotionally all over the map, inappropriate in his interactions …like so close and touchy feely with his new assistant right away). He could either be on drugs again indeed (which is very possible), or he could simply have lasting neurological effects from all the drugs he has done. Sad either way.

I have to share something rather embarrassing, but this is a true story! I didn't even learn the correct names of these two Coreys until about a week ago. All these years I thought Corey Haim was Corey Feldman and vice versa. How could I have been mistaken about something so vitally important to the civilized world! I was so astonished when Senor Flabtacular cleared it up for me a week or so ago. It's just so amazing all the fascinating tidbits you can pick up by cruising the interwebs. :marvels:

There's something so wrong with his behavior even for a 12 year old, so I imagine it's a combination. I can't believe this guy is in his thirties…he looks fifty and a really bad fifty.

I have seen all of the episodes of the new season, and it's rather sad. Haim seems to be emotionally stunted by his former (current?) drug use. He rants about things that are irrelavent and manipulates every situation to his benefit. I really hope he finds a way to get himself together because he seems so lonely and sad, I feel for him.

DUH! I do feel bad for him bc I have had friends that have been addicts as well. You can tell he has problems if you watch the show. I hope he sees this and gets the help he needs.

I think Haim is a very talented, heart on his sleeve cutie. Frankly he was freaking because he was nervous. It was his first time back. I think that we should let him know that we adore him. Too often people jump to saying negative things. The fact is EVERYONE I know is pulling for him. EVERYONE I know likes him the best. We want to see him in all kinds of projects. SERIOUSLY.
Seems to be working now, though now I've seen it, I wish I hadn't.
I'm about the same age as these guys, so I remember what he was like in his heyday. I first saw him in "Lucas" in 1986ish and remember thinking then, wow - not only is this kid adorable and so endearing; but he seemed to have the rare quality of being able to convey a depth in his eyes beyond his years. Seeing him now - so empty…I dunno… is so heartbreaking. I feel for him and hope he can get out of his own way and really open himself up to the help he so obviously is crying out for. He tried to sell his "meth teeth" that fell out on eBay years ago and has been doing tricks for drugs for years and years. You can't be back on drugs if you never stopped doing them in the first place.

haim needs to get off the drugs and get off the power trip. he acts like everyone is trying to control him and he fights it. if he would get off the power trip and realize that is LIFE, stop fighting LIFE, not everyone is out to get him (it's quite the opposite actually) then he would be doing great. all this turmoil he is in, he creates himself. he needs to bite the bullet 100% and submit himself to help- rehab. this means letting other people be in control. it's amazing how he is such a control freak when clearly he is completely out of control.
Corey Haim is a basket case and Feldman should have him committed for his own good. Put him in the mental institution with Steve O' or he'll end up a suicide.

It looks to me from watching the couple of episodes that he never completely got off the drugs and he even looks like Jeff from Celebrity Rehab and it seems as if hes going down that same road. Honestly….It doesn't feel right listening in on these people's private moments, even if they are doing a reality show. I realize that he didn't know the mike was still on. What he did then wasn't as embarrassing as watching him trying to get the take after he was high. It is so sad to see any human being give their dignity up to a drug. Addiction is a demon. As much as I wish all drug users could just kick the habit overnight, this a really good example of how hard it is to stop using drugs. I kinda feel back for Corey Haim. He's so incredibly dependent on them and he's says that he feels bad for everyone he's hurt and all the relationships that he's ruined and that he doesn't ever want to do those things again, but he doesn't realize that he's doing the same thing over and over again, and he doesn't realize it until it's too late when he's regretting it later. I fear that if he keeps doing this, he's going to piss so many people off, the work that he's getting now (which is barely anything) will turn into nothing, and no one will want to have anything to do with him, including Corey Feldman.

Well, if that is the case I feel sorry for him, my thoughts are with him and I hope he gets the help he needs. The thing with addiction is that most people who are addicts try, fail, and relapse many times before sobriety actually sticks (and even then it only does in about 1 out of 4 cases). Look at Robert Downey Jr., it took him years and years of struggling and relapsing to FINALLY get it together and get sober and now his life is so turned around and he is doing tremendously well. I wish the best for Corey Haim and hope he is (as these shows were typically recorded quite some time ago) or will get help and that it works. You hate to see someone waste their lives and their talents on drugs.
That is the worst written, er, I mean reality show out there. Not only is it not reality, its bad too.
