While Nicole Kidman was busy giving birth on Monday, Angelina Jolie still hasn't popped out the twins.

Brad the dad has been pulling double duty at home, taking care of all four kids while mom is getting ready to welcome #5 and #6.

The very pregnant actress got a visit from eldest child, Maddox, this weekend.

The six-year-old, accompanied by his bodyguard, visited mommy at her hospital in the south of France.

      Re: L – that thought doesn't require thinking. It's well known they have a nanny for each kid and in every color ! That's not a home - that's a military base in the making. Neither one of them could do it without help. 6 kids? yeah, and now they're looking to hire an overnight nanny/nurse to help with the babies. When people are ready to raise children on their own without the help from an army of outsiders, that's when you're ready for motherhood. NOT this bullshit. People wonder why they are hacked on. I don't recall Mia Farrow having so much help and she had even more children than this. I hope these nannies are being well paid especially since they are the ones feeding, bathing, cleaning up after and teaching these children how to walk and talk. Jolie & Pitt are lazy bastards who only take their children on stroller walks, day at the park, (publicized) baseball games , etc. to promote more attention to themselves. They don't do it for the love of the children - if they did - they would take all 4 of them out at the same time - but they NEVER do.
