Cynthia Rodriguez's new divorce attorney, Earle Lilly, is speaking to various media outlets about his client's legal action against the New York Yankees star.
And, one of the main grievances in the divorce petition will be Alex Rodriguez's adultery and emotional abandonment.
Shockingly, Earle states as fact that Madonna and A-Rod have been having an affair and are "still together".
Uhmmm, we hope he's got some proof for that. You know, facts!

I find this all to be too incredible.
First of all, they say that A-Rod and Madonna started having an affair in New York in November 2007.
She was living in London in November of last year, not New York.
And November is the off-season for baseball, which means A-Rod was probably not in New York City that month.
She hardly spends any time here; she was only here for a few days to do interviews for her new album this spring and now she's rehearsing for a world tour here in New York and arrived just in time to begin.
Plus, they're implying that Madonna and A-Rod were running around Miami together. She's not been in Miami. They say she has a place in Miami. She sold her home in Miami in the late 90s.
Also, how could A-Rod and Madonna STILL be together? Guy is in New York with Madonna and has been for days now. And he's staying at her apartment with her and the children.
So none of these rumours make any sense to me because none of the facts add up.

I AM 100% SURE that Madonna is having an affair with A Rod. She was and always will be that slut she was at one time in her life.
