Cynthia Rodriguez's new divorce attorney, Earle Lilly, is speaking to various media outlets about his client's legal action against the New York Yankees star.
And, one of the main grievances in the divorce petition will be Alex Rodriguez's adultery and emotional abandonment.
Shockingly, Earle states as fact that Madonna and A-Rod have been having an affair and are "still together".
Uhmmm, we hope he's got some proof for that. You know, facts!
Madonna, just yesterday, herself personally denied that she had an affair with the Yankees star.
If Cynthia's attorney can't back up his claims, we smell a defamation lawsuit from Madge coming!

I used to be a fan of A-Rod, but that all changed after seeing and reading so many headlines of him and his striper girlfriend. I think it is about time C-Rod leaves Alex and his cheating ways. I would not put it past him or Madonna to have had an affair. Madonna is a great singer and performer but not a good rolemodel. Everyone knows that she has a history of having sexual relations with who ever she wants. She's kinda gross. C-Rod probably just got sick of it and had to get away from it all to think things through. It is good that she did have a friend like to Lenny to be able to turn to for a retreat. that is true - and it is almost impossible for public figures/celebreties to win defamation suits in the U.S. because they have to prove actual malice - which is a high threshold. that's why most celebs sue for defamation overseas like in the UK, where they don't have those malice standards; think Nic Cage suing Kathleen Turner a few months ago - he won, but he sued her in the UK

For everyone saying Cynthia is going to be a "rich bitch" when this is all over… you do know they had a prenup, right? Yes, she's going to get some money, but it's not going to be nearly as much as people think.
My theory is that C-Rod put up with all the past skanks, because she KNEW they were all gold digging star fuckers, and so did Alex. There was no real "threat" there. Those chicks were star-fuckers who were after a little of Alex's money, and Cynthia was always the Queen Bee. She knew Alex would never leave her for one of those skanky whores. But along comes Madonna, who doesn't NEED anything from Alex, and he's intrigued. She has her own money and her own fame, and there's really nothing that Alex can give her that she can't get for herself. And quite possibly, there's something there that wasn't there with the others… an emotional connection. That's usually the straw that breaks the camel's back when it comes to women leaving habitual cheates… when they realize their husband has an emotional connection to one of the women.
