actually he didn't hit anybody. He was drunk driving though and he got pretty much everything they throw at you for a dui.
Ryan Lochte is the man. he is ready to overtake phelps and swims basically the same events although his backstroke is better. Phelps gets most of the coverage but the improvements above and beyond the already top tier talent he had shows that lochte is working his ass off right now to win some hardware in beijing.
Should be a great olympics to watch. these two may be more talented in swimming than any other athletes have ever been in another sport. similar to Federer v. nadal
