Changin diapers is NOT a rewarding experience. It's just something that needs to be done in the care of your baby. Spending time cuddling, singing to, playing and "talking" with your baby is rewarding though.

I think it is awesome he said this, awesome he thinks this, as it absolutely demonstrates his closeness and love and dedication to his family. Not only is that hard to find these days, but it is even more rare in the "entertainment" industry. While I think Paltrow most often comes off as an uneducated twat, I think marrying him was the best thing she ever did and proves there is at least a glimmer of something good about her (however hard it is to see).
