On Wednesday, Pamela Anderson checked in to the Australian Big Brother house as its 'surprise' (not so surprise) celebrity guest.

It's no secret that Oz's BB ratings have been lagging.
Before Pammy entered the house, she announced at a news conference that when she leaves the Big Bro house on Thursday, she's heading to an Australian KFC restaurant to protest against the company's treatment of chickens.
BUT, get this, KFC is a major sponsor of Big Brother in Oz!!!

The boobalicious blonde is getting LOADS of money to appear on the show — some say up to $500K.
She said she was unaware that KFC was a major sponsor of Big Brother before she signed up for the role. "Every show has a bunch of sponsors and it's not something you look into when you are offered a job," she said. "But it's kind of interesting, it's a coincidence."
Pammy strutted into the house decked out in a "Baywatch bathing suit red" dress AND according to Perezcious readers in Oz, big bruises on her arm.
The Playboy cover girl revealed that cameras from her own reality show, Pam: Girl on the Loose, would be following her in the house, and one of the 'suprises' for the housemates would involve a calendar shoot of the bombshell.
Unfortunately, there will be no Pammy nakedness. She's vowed to keep her clothes on.

Pamela Anderson needs to get her facts straight–tho after all these years of protesting KFC's treatment of chicken it is clear she is either unable or unwilling to the grasp truth. KFC DOES NOT treat chickens poorly because they are already dead, cut up, and cooked when they arrive at the restaurant. KFC chicken that the consumer buys is pre-cooked and frozen–all they do is pop in an oven or deep-fryer or however they finish processing it at the fast food joint. I worked for a company several years ago that had a KFC line. If she wants to protest animals dying then she needs to picket a slaughter house. Stupid celebrity tramp!
