The has been model says she's hoping for a settlement.
According to reports, the trial was put on hold for several hours on Wednesday.
The testimony had resumed when the opposing lawyers passed a note, whispered and went into the judge's chambers.
Perhaps this new revelation had something to do with it????
The case has now been adjourned until Thursday.

Sorry, I am going to take the old school stance on this, because I truely beleive it never, ever changes. If you marry someone, you have an obligation to be loyal to that person even if they are not. What that translates into is this: He treated her real wrong. That is a given. But she still has an obligation to treat him with respect and dignity as his wife, even if they are going to get divorced. She has every right to be very angry. But as a married woman, take the high road and show some class and dignity. And that can be EQUALLY said if the situation was reversed. Marriages are sacried, and not meant for public consumption or meant to be put on display. ANY problems in a marriage are between a husband a wife, and should not involve the judical system unless neccessary. And even then, it most definitely should be keep private.

I'm old enough to remember when Christie first really made it big in the late 70's, and thru the 80's. I never thought she was that pretty. Very cookie cuter looking. Re: pump – Normally I would agree with you but as a lawyer in this situation you have to see that Christie is fighting for her children. Her ex has proven himself to be a liar, sex-addict, ex-drug dealing and apparently using guy. She does not want him to have sole custody of those kids which is what he has been demanding. She had to pull out all the stops to force him to back down and that includes making sure the trial was public in order that it hurts him worse. The worse it is for him the more likely he will give in and let her have sole custody so she had to make it as bad as she could. HE could just as easily spared himself and the kids the embarrasment by not demanding sole custody to begin with (or of course acting in a more appropriate manner). When a woman's kids are on the line - its war - period.
