One half of the Olsen twins may soon be returning to rehab if she keeps up her hard pAArtying ways, according to Star magazine.

It seems that Mary-Kate has been spiraling downwards lately.

She's reportedly been partying heavily and drinking way too much. She's even been videotaped falling on her ass after a night of partying.

And, according to Star, the tiny twin even had to spend some time in a holistic health spa to detox and recover after drinking so much that night.

Some insiders are saying they fear MK's been partying nonstop since the death of her "lover" Heath Ledger back in January.

An insider reveals, "Mary-Kate seriously needs to get to rehab, but she doesn't think she has a problem. She thinks she's young, hip and entitled to live her life as she sees fit. But it's affecting everything."

Sad.

Denial is one of the first steps.

Let's hope MK doesn't follow in Amy Winehouse's footsteps!

I really hope MK's not partying too hard…she's my favorite. There is a fine line between being young and entitled and being young and stupid…but hopefully she hasn't crossed it. I can understand a little wild spree after something as hard to go through as a friend (or maybe lover's) death, and let's admit it…we all party a little harder than we should sometimes =)

When you're in your early twenties, it's hard to believe you have a drinking/substance problem; You rationalize your behavior b/c "you're young" and that you'll settle down when you "get older, get married, have a kid" etc. That's part of the emotional addiction. Thing is-some of the substances you party with-are physically addicting-so you have to watch yourself. We might rag on Lindsay Lohan-but she's someone to think about. She's only 22 years old…and is trying to live a sober lifestyle. That's hella young to be thinking about sobriety. She's not perfect-but she's not out there anymore like the rest of her peeps-at the moment at least. MaryKate doesn't seem very stable-in any aspect. Get Help Girl!

Anyone who knows the Olsons is not shocked or suprised about MK being a druggie. She has been a HEAVY drug user for years. I have seen MK snort lines as big as her and she eats pills like skittles. She and A can outdrink our guy friends and I have seen MK do Goldschlager shots off a waitresses ass at the Gansevoort in NYC. I wish the media would report the fucking truth about these gals. She and Heath were fucking for months and both were partying nonstop. Its a wonder shes not dead, too. Just give it time.

Malibu's Promises and Betty Ford are like a status, pricey rendezvous - not gritty, real rehab with lasting effects. You need tons of counseling before you can fully function safely on your own.

I feel very sad for Mary'Kate if the reasons behind this are true. The very same thing happened to me (or I HAPPENED to myself) after my mom passed away when I was 19. I just thought it was my age, or the "really great" friends that I was hannging around. I hope that she, like me, gets her own wake up call like I did. No one else can do it for you, and money means nothing in a case like this; rock bottom is rock bottom.
