I think it is different with Madonna and the angelina jolie thing, there might have been cheating/homewrecking going on, but in those cases you only heard rumors. no one came out in the tabloids saying t they saw madonna/alex or brad/angelina kissing or doing anything inappropriate. In the case of angelina/brad only rumors onset (MR mrs smith) said they were friendly and flirting. In madonna's case, the news leaked because a doorman said they saw alex coming out of madonna's building. All circumstantial. The angelina/brad thing especially is damning as they have kids together, but still you can't say for certain brangelina didn't hook up until he was done with jen (imo he probably did).
In sienna/getty case the british tabloids have PICTURES of them kissing/holding hands/hugging in public places in prague, LA, and all around europe. Also people have come to the tabloids saying they saw them kissing/cuddling/murmuring endearments to each other in restaurants. Also he flies in to see her (which is not direct evidence), but how are we to deny pictures. Yes some might say friends kiss (pictures can be deceiving), but most friends don't fly in to a country and stay over each others homes for many days when they are married with kids. Innocent men don't lie to their wives and say that they are visiting a sick grandmother but instead is flying in to visit sienna
