The police were lying!
According to new reports, Texan teen Christian Phillips is NOT a cookie 'monster'.
Authorities claimed earlier this week that Philips gifted cookies laced with marijuana and LSD to about a dozen Dallas-Fort Worth police stations.
But, lab tests performed by a county medical examiner's office found that the cookies were negative for drugs.
The report also claims that Phillips was serving court-appointed community service with Mothers Against Drunk Driving when he delivered the cookies.
MADD previously said that Phillips had no connection to the organization.
Liars all around!!!!!
Philips was released from jail on Thursday.
The vindicated teen was facing up to 20 years in prison and fine of $10,000 if he had been convicted of the cookie drugging related offenses.
Neither he nor his family would comment Thursday night.
We smell a lawsuit!

the kid did not lie about being with MADD, he was serving community service, check yourself before you accuse people…stupid….and the cops DID NOT became sick, they were curious because it smelled like weed, and the field test came back positive for LSD, but after further more detail testing, it was all negative, so the field test that they are using is what we all should be concerned about.

Perez….thanks for following up on this story. So often someone is accused and it makes the top of the news but rarely is the same type of attention given when they are shown to be innocent. This poor kid spent almost 72 hours in jail and I can only imagine what was going through his mind.

Dallas police are not too swift. They confiscated a car during a drug bust. They used the car as an undercover narcs car for 3 months, then took it in for servicing. The service dept found 400K in cocaine hidden in the car. But they were able to smell weed in the cookies???

The fact that it was court-appointed service meant that the kid might have a bone to pick with the police. Right there I know that this story was total B.S. and that something was up.

I'm just surprised that one of the cops didn't go into the property room and lace the cookies before the chemological tests were made. Right there I suspect that the kid DID NOT mention anything about MADD and that the whole police report was fabricated for some CRAZY reason!

To be honest, I wondered what purpose they would have for testing the cookies in the first place. Do police routinely test a sample of every piece of food brought into the station? If not, why randomly choose to test the cookies?
Too bad they weren't laced with something that would of been funny. Cops in the DFW area are PIGS. I hate them and hope they burn in HELL! I've experienced their corruption first hand. They took me to jail for a MIP (samething as a speeding ticket) and had not one drink of alch.

I live in Fort Collins, CO where a boy was locked up for 9 years of his life when he was 15 for supposedly murdering a woman that he had never had any contact with. The cops had a suspect that was caught taping women in his bathroom that fit all the characteristics of being her murderer, but when he killed himself, the cops wanted somebody to go down. They lied on the stand and put an innocent boy in jail. His father died while he was in there and he didn't get to the funeral. These cops aren't getting in any trouble and we (the taxpayers) have to pay for his settlement. So fuck you and welcome to the real world where cops are scumbags!!
