Eddie Murphy's shiteous new movie, Meet Dave, is getting awful reviews.

The film is so bad that he skipped out on the film's premiere earlier this week.

Time to retire!

      How do Eddie Murphy and Steve Martin keep getting films made? THEY SUCK! Eddie puts out the same movie over and over, with the same characters. Steve Martin is the most egotistical man in Hollywood (next to Dustin Hoffman) and he does vanity project after vanity project that no one wants to see. Hello, Shopgirl and SGT BILKO? I'm fucking 46 yrs old and *I* don't even remember Sgt Bilko! Hollywood, please, I'm begging you– stop coddling these guys and people like Sylvester Stallone too. Just….stop.

      I went to see the sneak preview. There were some corny parts but Eddie was his usual hilarious self. I laughed out loud alot!
      I never go by what film critics say!

      "Meet Dave" is not the first - or the last - awful movie for Eddie Murphy. Critics torched "Norbit". In fact, Norbit appeared on many critics' "top 10 worst movies of the year" list.
      Eddie is funny and talented ,, he was so good on SNL,, but his greed (or something?) motivates him to make any bottom-of-the-barrel movie he can.

      This movie would have been great if they would have casted somebody more talented in the lead role. He just can't pull it off. I think it would have been better with a white guy such as Steve Carell or Jim Carrey

      You know, I saw this movie last night at it was pretty funny. Kids will especially enjoy it, but I laughed out loud in a few spots. There is a LOT worse out there right now.

      VANITY! It is sad when an actor forgets he's an Actor and becomes too self absorbed to do his/her job right. I mean really nobody gives a f**K what a person has or looks like if they make movies that suck. These actors seem to forget the only reason anybody gives a shit about them is because of their Talent not who they are.
