I know I am. I suggest you find your nearest OA meeting as it is the only way anyone with a weight problem is going to be able to deal with this issue. Perez, this applies to you, as you will soon find out when you put all your weight back on (and more) after you have finished your 'diet', and when you have got sick of the training.
