Perez can I just take this opportunity to let everyone know about Overeaters Anonymous. If you are overweight and have tried to lose weight without success, you may well be a compulsive overeater. I know I am. I suggest you find your nearest OA meeting as it is the only way anyone with a weight problem is going to be able to deal with this issue. Perez, this applies to you, as you will soon find out when you put all your weight back on (and more) after you have finished your 'diet', and when you have got sick of the training.
Diets don't work people, they make you FAT.
