For the second year in a row, Miss U.S.A. fell at the Miss Universe competition.

WTF???

Who is training these girls??? Are they teaching them to fall on purpose?

At Sunday night's pageant in Vietnam, Crystle Stewart, a Texan, totally ate floor.
