Doctors say Cristiano Ronaldo will miss, at the very least, the first three months of the English pro soccer season.
We mentioned last week that Ronnie had surgery on his bum right ankle in Amsterdam.
Pretty boy Crissy has also been in the middle of a transfer feud between his current employers, Manchester United, and Spanish giants Real Madrid.
We wonder…will he make his ankle rehab debut in Manchester or Madrid?

Because we don't have the academy system here. People were looking at Cristiano's ability at 13 years old, and he joined an academy specific to teaching school and soccer at the same time. By the time the average American gets out of college, he's already late in the game. Great soccer players start at 18-21 and are already considered old by the time they reach 32.
How many forty-something year olds are there in the NFL? Exactly. You know, the NATIONAL football league, where the winners of the super bowl are WORLD CHAMPS despite only playing American teams.

Haha, you Americans arguing about football (soccer) makes me laugh. Torres is Spanish, Ronaldo is Portuguese (look them up on a map, they're next door to each other, on the west side of Europe…). Soccer is the most watched sport in the world, and v few people outside of the US watch American Football or Baseball. Make of that what you will. For Ronaldo to move to Real would mean United would ask for a lot of money to get him out of his contract, especially as he was the top scorer in the Premiership last season. We've still got Rooney and Tevez…
