Kate Hudson has landed a highly coveted role in the film remake of the Broadway hit Nine.

Lance's girl joins a cast that already includes Oscar winners Daniel Day Lewis and Nicole Kidman, Penelope Cruz and Marion Cotillard.

Romantic comedy Kate has her work cut out for her!

Hope her acting chops can stand up to those mega thespians.

And on top of that…she has to sing?

She can sing AND she can dance. Truthfully, I haven't seen her dance, but the fact that she's been taking jazz lessons since she 3 and the fact that every other day the paps take her picture coming or going from her dance classes leads me to believe her dancing kicks butt. Definitely see About Adam, a surprisingly good film. Kate sings so good in that movie…I was surprised! (Kate can also play guitar and piano). Definitely multi-talented!

I really like Kate Hudson. She played a serious role in Almost Famous, and was nominated for an oscar, so it isn't like all she's done is romantic comedies. I haven't ever heard her sing, but in interviews she's commented on how bizarre she thinks it is that her son doesn't like to sing because his father is in the black crowes and that she also loves to sing. So she probably has some sort of talent.

If you listen to the commentary on the movie 'How to Lose a Guy…' the director says she dumbed her voice down in the 'you're so vain' scene. Also, i believe Cameron Crowe says she has a good voice during the 'Tiny Dancer' scene in 'Almost Famous'.

Criss Angel Is Recorded Threatening To Knock Out His Producer!

Whoa! Criss Angel is NOT messing around here!

The Luxor headlining illusionist was recorded having quite the verbal altercation with Joe Monti, one of his magic producers on Wednesday, during which Angel is heard threatening to knock him out - and now he's had a police report filed against him!

Furthermore, Monti later said to authorities that he recorded the meeting because Angel has a history of bullying employees!

He explains:

“I wanted him to know how demeaning he was. I created 50-60 percent of the magic for ‘Mindfreak.' I have no reason to do anything vindictively but I draw the line on violence.”
