Actually this doesn't make a damn bit of difference. Each state is SOVEREIGN meaning it makes it's own laws on everything the federal government didn't - this means each state makes it's own laws for recognizing a marriage. Mass. would still be the only state obligated to recognize the gay unions. If someone from Virginia came here and got married and went home, Virginia has NO OBLIGATION to recognize the marriage making the repeal effectively pointless. I'm shocked no one else has noticed this.
