I saw the movie in Australia just the other night it's really good.
It's has top actors who really pulled off the movie. The girl was a bit too young to be getting married, they could have found someone who @ least looks 15 to act her.
Its crappy quality…too bad. I cant wait to see it!
I went to a preview yesterday (Monday) and it's not good. There were way to many WTF moments, and the songs seemed liked they were just randomly thrown in. Save your money.

The look of that girl and her smile and dark locks in the broadway original poster is what made me want to see it over and over, she is just sooo beautiful that smile and dark hair. Kinda looks like Jessica Alba, she should have played it and dyed her hair dark, if Jessica Alba did the movie i would have sooo went to see it.

I've already seen it (yay for living in England) & it's definately one of the best movies in a while, Julie Walters & colin Firth are hilarious throughout the movie= and Meryl Streep's performance was amazing.
But then this is going to be one of those films where you either love it or hate it, but it doesn't take itself too seriously at all & it's just the right level of silliness that it works & is still funny.

Meryl Streep is purely amazing. I saw a clip of the film and have been waiting months for it to come out. what can't this woman do? i respect her more for tackling a musical. Recently I went to her Gala at Lincoln center, and let me tell you, she is purely radiant. i waited 3 1/3 hrs afterward hoping to meet her, but instead saw Uma, Glenn Close, Redford, Christine Baranski, Mike Nichols, etc… but none of them compared. Anyways, even if you don't like musicaly, check out Meryl, she rocks no matter what she's in!!! GO MAMMA MIA!!

It really is annoying when people say first, it's quite pointless in my opinion. People aren't going to stop though, so whatever. Btw, this movie looks good, but it comes out the same day as The Dark Knight. So regardless of where it gets leaked, it had zero chance winning at the box office.
