The 'real' drama that follows The Hills star Lauren Conrad is better than the 'reality' portrayed in the show!

According to Access Hollywood, the City of Los Angeles’ Department of Building and Safety is investigating whether or not there is an illegal residence on LC's property.

As y'all know Audrina Patridge lives (lived?) in the back guest house.

However, it appears that the house is not permitted for a second dwelling!

Isn't that something that you should research before you sink loads of money into a house?

Conrad's probably not paying any of it, though. MTV is most likely fronting the bills!

But, wait.

There's more!

A neighborhood snitch reveals that on Sunday morning at around 1:00 am, several cars filled with girls and guys parked outside of LC's house, yelled profanities, honked their horns, and then drove off.

They returned again at 1:30, and again at 1:45, says the source, who witnessed and heard the incident!

We're guessing they must have been Audrina's friends.

How trashy!!

      A relative of mine works in a 'Womans health office" in LA, and altough it's supposed to be confidential, she told me that LC came in under an assumed name (last month) and had an abortion. She said she overheard the Doctor going over her past medical history, and it wasn't even her first time having one. She had gone to a different office prior to going there.

      I think the show would be better if they focused more on everybody's repective job as opposed to their personal lives. They act so middle school i want to see how they habdle themselves in a working environment not just the 2 secomd shot of Heidi with a clipboard outside a club checking names or Lauren shouting to models "Next" at a fashion show. Or I'd like to see the show non scripted and let it be a natural flow of real emotions. I wish it was on HBO because I would like to see the girls naked. The show would go off the hook in terms of ratings.

      If the house was sold with the illegal residence and because of inspections that go with any sale, therefore disclosed, it is probably a non-issue. If it was built purely for the "now" then there is a possibility it could be "red tagged" meaning it has to come down. Otherwise, everyone knows that having illegal structures, baths, additions, etc. are SOP. It's only necessary to disclose that the variation is not permitted upon sale. Big woop.
