Abba's Bjorn Ulvaeus has revealed to the British media that he's been suffering from long term memory loss.

Ulvaeus says he simply cannot remember chunks of his life. "It is like I was not even there," he says.

Bjorn has even turned to hypnosis in an attempt to find a cure.

Scary stuff!

    Sad. Very sad. It's very sad that he doesn't remember all of the foursomes that he had with the rest of the ABBA band and the orgies with the musical group 'Police'. It' terrible because now it's as if it had never happened :( .

    Get your facts straight. He didn't "reveal" anything to British media. Björn was the host of the summer show on radio that is a very honourable tradtion in Sweden. Purpose is to share about something that nobody knows. There wasn't any drama about it. He is just doing his thing. He had a lot of great things to say that are just a lot more interesting if you really want to listen to one of the greatest song writers of the later part of the century. Partial memory loss is not one of them.

    He has lyme disease or some of the co infections. It's spreading like wildfire and the tests don't work. And when it's passed from one person to another, there is no circular rash!

    It's also passed from mother to children. And deer ticks are not the only insects that carry it.

    I had a siezure during an illness and it wiped out an entire summer of my life. once in a while small tidbits will come back like a book I read or a movie I saw but all I have is a diary of which I have always refered to. horrible thing to happen in the prime of life.

    He just tell that he dont have this kind of memory, and he think it can have to do with a sort of "cold" childhood. Parents was not happy. He probebly survive by looking forward the hole time. He dont blame anyone, and he said he think he maby have a "low-powered ego".
    He dont suffer, he just tell others who also maybe suffer from this whay how he think about this condition..
    Remeber, this is a man who is very sucessfull! And still is working forward. (He and B Andersson for instans, get millions from a Madonna hit. They share 50/50 for Gimme Gimme Gimme :)
