Sarah Jessica Parker made an appearance at the MLB All-Star Game at Yankee Stadium on Tuesday night and the Sex & The City star looked noticeably different.
It looks like SJP had that mole underneath her lip on the right side of her face removed!

What took her so long???
And, while she's making improvements, why doesn't she get rid of those lines around her eyes????

can you blame her?
i love sjp. i think getting a mole removed is waaaayyyy different than having an eye lift or similar procedure. for all we know she could have gotten the mole removed because a dermatologist thought it could be cancerous. i applaud her for not changing her looks to look like every other person.

It is aging with grace. Having enough self respect AND CONFIDENCE to not go under the knife in order to look eternally 25. Which no one looks eternally 25 - they just start to look weird!

she looks fabulous as always. any human being, especially one who is photographed as often as she is, will look dodgy in pictures from time to time. and the reason so many older british actresses such as judi dench, emma thompson and helen mirren get so much work in hollywood is that so many of the american actresses over 40 have had so much work done that they have little or no facial expression, which kills their emotional range. so whilst she has every right to have a mole removed and indeed any cosmetic surgery she likes, i also support her decision not to have her face stretched and plumped to oblivion.
