Could Denise Richards be trying to make the media think Charlie Sheen is a danger to their children?
Or is something serious really going on????
Richards went to court today, Thursday, with her attorney, Neal Hersh, to ask the judge for an emergency order to restrain Charlie from their kids.
Denise, her attorney, and the judge had a closed emergency hearing today.
Apparently, Denise told the judge that there's a serious issue in Sheen's house that could have a bad impact on the kids. Supposedly, a "psychological impact" - so Denise wants a psychologist to evaluate things.
Really, psychological issues like having camera crews around your children all the time for the sake of your show? ????
Hersh said, "These are serious issues regarding the children. I would hope we will be graced by Charlie Sheen's presence in court on Monday — if he takes these matters seriously regarding his children, like Denise does."
The matter is said to be resolved this coming Monday.
Those poor girls. Both of their parents are fuck-ups!

her kids are barely even on the show, it's very tasteful when they show them also — they aren't the center of attention just kinda bopping around on the sides — if you want to talk to someone about using their kids - Kimora uses her kids on her show MUCH more
Maybe Denise is doing what she thinks is right for her kids. How do any of us know what is going on behind closed doors. Maybe she has a valid reason and it is really only her business. How many people act appropriately in public, but behind closed doors act in an entirely different manner. Based on all the emails Sheen and his brother send out, it seems like he thinks he can say and do anything and not pay any consequences. In the end, a mother has to do what is right for her children. Not what some gossip blogger thinks is right.
She needs conflict and controversy, and unfortunately, the kids are stuck in the crossfire. No matter how many psychologists she seeks, they will be sooo fu**ed up, and they will later realize it's because of their mothers desperate attempts to stay in the media. Someday, trust me, they will HATE her, and that's what she deserves.

I think these "parents" should be flogged. Denise knew exactly who Charlie Sheen was and his reputation before she married the guy. She wants us to think that she is the maligned and "good" mother. denise is really cool on her show. i actually was never a fan but i like her a lot more now. i think she really got dealt a bad hand with the press but that she's a genuine person! her family is also really adorable (esp her dad! - love him) they seem like the are a good support system for her. I love Denise, and I don't think that there would be emergency hearing if it wasn't an emergency. There are alot of issues there that people don't know, she has had to have restraining orders and supervised visits in the past and a judge once again has to have a very good reason to put them in place. She may have her children on her show, but they are a part of her life, if she didn't have them on her show people would be talking too..Honey you can't make everyone happy..Just worry about yourself!

Charlie Sheen is a drug addict who frequents hookers and shady places. Denise LEFT him because of his behaviour. It wasn't the other way around. She was PREGNANT with their child when she left - so he must have been a nightmare - no woman I know would ever leave her husband just before giving birth unless the situation was unbearable.
Speaking as a member in a highly dysfunctional/abusive family…..I would not be so inclined to disregard Ms. Richard's concerns, when it affects her children, so lightly.

These children are being treated by a very highly respected psychologist. I doubt these issues would be brought to court if the psychologist didn't believe there was a danger, especially since she could be easily called to testify. While the root of the matter may not be as serious as Denise is saying, it could certainly be an issue that is court-worthy.

I happen to like Denise. I lost my mother 2 years ago and can feel the pain she is going through. I think you are way too hard on her. Love makes us do crazy things and no one really knows what went on between her and Charlie. I think she is a good mom and isn't pimping her kids out on TV. Anyone that says they haven't done any crazy things after a break up is either in denial or lying.
I LOVE her show. She seems like a nice, mess of a girl who's trying to figure life out. I love that she gets upset and swears like a sailor. 2 and a Half Men is one of the stupidest shows on TV and Charlie Sheen is getting paid alot of money to pretend to act. She rocks!

My comments usually get deleted for some reason but if you watch Denise's show….the girls are RARELY in the picture. I don't think she is on camera 24/7, they do episodes and that's it…..there are no men coming and going out of that house.
