We found it odd that Katie Holmes has been conspicuously covering her hands and wearing gloves recently.
And now we know why!
It appears that the actress' hands are discolored.
Holmes showed off some very dark hands - which do not match her face - while out and about in Los Angeles on Wednesday.
Could that be the result of a burn???
Is that for her role on Eli Stone????

Now I'm a huge fan of Dawson's Creek which is probably why I'm so disappointed in what Katie has become. I feel like shes made a huge mistake by marrying Tom Cruise and becoming this stepford wife. I feel like back before Tom she was this sweet girl nextdoor and now all of the sudden it's kinda like she sold out. Now shes throwing cocktail parties with Victoria Beckham and prancing around like shes the greatest thing. But when you really look close at all of the pictures that are in the magazines and online it looks like shes so sad. She's trapped in this life with a crazy husband who's brainwashed her. I feel so bad for her…it's heartbreaking.

Third - The most upsetting transformation about Katie, aside from her looks, is the way she talks now! Although the way she use to talk was so annoying (I can still hear the way she use to say "Dawsssson" with the emphasis on the ssssss…grrr), but she is withholding of herself in interviews! The best comparison is searching for her interview with letterman when she was on Dawson's Creek and being herself, and then search her most current (with the white dress that nearly showed her butt when she sat down)….and the current interview with Diane Sawyer - IT'S SO ANNOYING EVEN DIANNE LOOKS LIKE SHE WANTS TO BE ANYWHERE BUT THERE!)…..someone needs to help this girl…!

Thats what happens to people who dont eat, they get really bad circulation and their hands go exactly that colour. Being skinny or having normal coloured skin, I know which one I would rather have!

Looks like Raynaud's Phenomenon, to me.
Raynad's disease would cause that, but only in cold weather (due to vasoconstriction). I doubt that it is related to that.
