It's Betty from the Block!

America Ferrrera and her Ugly Betty costars have relocated to NYC to shoot the upcoming season of the show.

On Thursday, the cast and crew took part in an Ugly Betty Block Party in Queens. On 92nd Street, between Elmhurst Avenue and Roosevelt Avenue - to be exact.

Represent!

Isn't America looking fresh-faced and lovely?

      I used to live in this neighborhood and it's great to see it get a little attention. It's mostly an immigrant area with a mix of South American, Asian and Indian folks. Definitely the REAL flavor of NYC! Wish I could have joined the fun.

      hahaha thats my neigborhood….I actually saw about 2 years ago a camera crew and the whole nine recording on that block…at that time little did I know that they were recording the house that eventually would be Betty's house….I was fan of the novela from colombia and I think that although it has been tweaked here and there…I still think that the show is FUNNY and GREAT…America great job in reperesenting the LATINA WOMEN…37avenue all day

The show has gone down hill because the TWO hottest guys on TV would never be interested in her whining to "do the right thing" The only interesting thing about her is the people around her… I count her fame to be about 14 1/2 minutes now..HURRY UP and crash and burn…

      If you want to see filming right now…they are filming in the restaurant around the corner from my house on Ditmars Blvd and 21st Street in Astoria, NY….there are tons of people standing there and watching the filming even though is 91 degrees outside…
