      This is a response to both of your posts. You have to remember you are part of a branch of Judaism too. To undress Kabbalah as not being a religion is like asserting Sufism isn't a part of Islam. Or Protestantism isn't part of Christianity, or fuck that reform Judaism isn't a part of Judaism. They are all branches of an original picture that has become muddled with politics and spiritual posturing.

      As I'm sure you know, Judaism has had a complicated history, the fact of the matter is that you did have priests, you had priests at the height of your faith. Just because the marks of Jewish mysticism don't align with your subscriptions to the faith, doesn't mean they hold no validity.

      And to tell people they should fuck off and play D&D leads me to believe you aren't a very good Reform Jew. And that's saying something.
