Sluttyienna Miller's still married new boyfriend, Brothers & Sisters actor Balthazar Getty, released a statement late Monday about the state of his marriage.
No mention of Sienna was made.
Says Getty, "The breakdown of a marriage is a very difficult and painful experience especially when children are involved. In light of the fact that many pictures have surfaced in print and on the Internet which has caused myself and my family great embarrassment, I felt it necessary to at least acknowledge publicly that yes indeed my wife and I have separated and I will not be commenting any further."
Uhmm, he sure as hell doesn't look embarrassed in that picture!
Getty's wife, Rosetta, is said to be devastated.

I met Matthew Rhys last summer when he was dating her. His close friend told me that things weren't going well between them because she was so much younger than him and only cared about being 'seen' at the key places and events, and wearing the latest trend. People are entitled to break up. Clearly, his marriage was in trouble or ending, it just isn't our business so we didn't know about it. I'm sure his wife was not in the dark about the problems in their relationship. Since it only embarrasses him and his family, I can't imagine he wanted the pics to get out. We wouldn't even know about this if Siena wasn't the girl in the pics. Painting her as the cause of the breakup really only demeans Balthazar's relationship with his wife. Really, Perez, you can do better than this! He's also entitled to choose whoever he wants as a rebound/girlfriend/whatever.
