Once again, Tara Reid is more valuable overseas than in America.

The Z-lister was spotted at some random event in Dubai this past weekend.

How much did they pay Tara to attend???

Anything more than a couple hundred bucks is TOO much.

We hope the former actress is careful. If she's caught with drugs or doing anything illegal in Dubai, she's going to jail and it will be very difficult to get her hasbeen ass out!
