The new Batman movie keeps on chugging along at record paces!

The Dark Knight took in an astounding $24 million at the box office in the U.S. on Monday.

On a Monday!!!!

The film has already made a whopping $182.9 million in less than a week of release.

Spider-Man 3 had $10.2 million on the Monday after it opened and that movie went on to make $336 domestically.

The Dark Knight looks poised to easily make $400 million.

And, with 64% of Dark Knight fans saying they plan to see it AGAIN, the movie could take in upwards of $500 million in America.

Beyond massive!

And for the whole Heath Ledger debockle, I say yes he did an amazing job in this movie, it's a shame he died.

But personally I think Aaron EckHart was the star of this movie.

iF YOU HAVE NOT SEEN THIS MOVIE
      A) You should seriously ask yourself why
      B) Get punched in the face by the aparently tempermental Bale.
This movie was amazing. About 30 bucks of the money they made was mine. I went and I took two friends. The Joker stole the show. He did better than Jack, and no, I'm not just saying that because he is dead. Seriously, I'm a bitch and would be the first to say he sucked, but he didn't so go see it.

last night i saw this…. i almost fell off my seat.
my mouth was open, apparently, the entire time.
that movie was INCREDIBLE and i'm seeing it again friday and DEFINTILEY soon after that.

there's no doubt in my mind that they'll make $500 million by the time it gets outtah theatres.

      SO GOOD.

I would definately see it again!!!
      :) Loved it.
What do you think the movie will make in total around the world? I'm curious. My brother reckons around 3 BILLION!!! Hahaha
Btw, LOVE your layout now. When I first visited the site, you had one story per page and that turned me off coz it took forever to load each page just for that one story. Now its so much more improved, I drop by every day (Maybe even two or three times Lol)
Also, another thought, do you think the movie would be AS successful as it is if Heath were alive today? Since the Batman Begins movie wasn't so great.. (But then again, I should rewatch the first one Heh heh)
      Interesting..something we'll never know.
      :)
      Take care.

This movie is just conservative pro-Bush racist propaganda. The Nolan brothers took jibes at Chinese people by including a completely irrelevant story of a the Chinese guy who steals everyone's money as well as mocking foreign made objects (i.e. the gun in the courtroom). They integrated their pro-Bush propaganda stating that the people must be spied on and lied to in order to protect them and that one should never give into a terrorists' demands no matter the cost. The Dark Knight was the Nolan brothers participating in this corrupt nation by dumbifying the nation with stupid racist conservative agendas.
