As we mentioned last week, Lauren Conrad was hired as the official dog walker and host for Animal Fair magazine's 9th annual 'Paws for Style' benefit.
Instead, L.C. showed up for some quick pictures on the red carpet and quickly left out the back before doing her walk down the runway with a rescued dog.
She bailed on an event that was paying her!
Now, we find out that L.C. was also flown to East Hampton by helicopter and was paid to host a party at Lily Pond for Svedka's "Join the Party" campaign.
However, in typical L.C. style, she showed up two hours late, according to reports.
For a gig she was getting paid to do!
A source says, "She seems to have lost a grip on reality and thinks she is A-list material. And after taking pictures, she bolted straight to the VIP area and refused to speak to anyone outside her entourage."
So very true.
L.C. better enjoy her 15 minutes of fame. Most "reality" tv stars don't last very long in the spotlight. - especially when acting like spoiled divas.

I saw a video of her being interviewed right before the dog show and the reporter mentioned her walking down the catwalk and she looked at her in total and complete shock and told she was not supposed to. She was then asking her rep if it was true, she looked totally shocked and confused. I don't she knew about it all.

yea i was there at that svedka party in east hampton and she walked in with her little entourage as perez puts it and went right to VIP so perez wasnt lying about that..not that many people noticed her but she refused to pose for pictures once she was in the club and instead sipped on her champaign the entire night…i tried taking a candid of her and her wierd friend jumped in front of the camera trying to block it…i really didnt get what the big deal was shes just a stupid young girl just like me n my friends shes only different because she was picked for a reality TV show that did well..and her clothing line seriously she just makes these expensive dresses that are not creative at all and names them after her friends and sells them for 200 bucks haha wow
