Some Mindy McCready news that's NOT about jail time!

A report claims that the cracked out country crooner is apparently going back to rehab after trying to "do herself in" with vodka and Ambien late last week.

McCready supposedly became suicidal after getting dumped by her boyfriend and collapsed while on the phone with her mother.

Dr. Phil reportedly suggested to the troubled singer that she head to Arizona for treatment.

Mindy is the doc's new "personal project."

Both parties have declined to comment.

Hey, rehab is better than jail, right?

Actually, we'd prefer prison over Dr. Phil!

      Oh God! Unsuccessful suicide attempts with sleeping pills and alcohol can cause serious serious liver damage. It is the absolute worst way to attempt to kill yourself, as it is rarely successful, and once you straighten out your life, the long term effects will always be with you.

      I think fame has gone to Dr. Phil's head. I always liked him because he was no nonsense and he didn't tell people what they wanted to hear, he told them what they needed to hear in order to get better. I'm learning that people really do prefer to be lied to.

      I gotta stand up for Dr. Phil. You got this wrong like you did when he talked to Britney. Dr. Phil does not have a license to practice. And he is very open about this. He simply reccomends people on where to go and who to see to seek help. His show is simply a sit-down to talk to people, and after each episode he provides resources on how to help them. You seem to hate him so much but he is a good person. Yeah, he has a TV show and lots of money. But he actually donates all the time and is helping people out. So diss him all you want, he is worth something to the world :)
