Sluttyiena Miller is suing the British tabloids News of the World, The Sun and photo agency Big Pictures relating to a series of articles and scandalous pictures about her "holiday in Italy" and adulterous affair with Brothers & Sisters actor Balthazar Getty.
Miller has previously taken legal action against the two titles after the papers used photos of her filming a nude scene for a movie. In December, The Sun and News of the World contributed to a $65,000 payout to Slutty for publishing "intrusive" photos of her.
Miller's lawyer confirmed that he had issued fresh proceedings.
A spokesman for Big Pictures said he was unable to comment.
The publisher of the tabloids could not be reached for comment.

Granted in this day and age with the paparazzi, that doesn't happen ever…however, there is a legal case there for each and every actor/actress/musician/ etc… that does not want their pictures being sold. it is in their legal rights to sue, if no permission has been granted or no release has been signed
