Perez, you keep complaining about the economy, yet you keep on with “A Worthwhile Cause” begging. If you feel these people need money - give them yours.
Isn't it interesting that an article on abandoned and abused children comes after an article on rich hags using IVF to procreate?
Oh, the humanity.
I'm glad you posted this one, Perez. This is a GREAT charity which I have supported for the last few years. I discovered it because Sheila E. is one of the founders.
you're such a hypocrite, perez. you think you're doing the world a favor by posting uplifting stories and links to charities? yet you can't go a day without calling a young star a "bitch" "whore" or "slut"? way to feed into the twisted media's expectations for young girls. you critique girls like miley and vanessa for their professional decisions (like slamming vanessa's sears commercial…really? an entire post for that?) yet you give a free pass to your idols like dita or madonna. do you choose to forget their previous scandals like dita's foray into soft-core porn? hold everyone to the same set of standards, perez. being controversial doesn't mean you can't be a decent human being. and no amount of posts about charities you probably don't really care about or support financially will ever make up for all the damage you're doing.
wow, you can put a new post about Miley Cyrus on and in Minutes you get like 100 posts, but you put a post about something worth wild and you get 11 posts? If thats not a sign where priorities lie then idk what is.
wow people are ridiculous. perez can call the young rich celebs bitches whores because they are. these kids didn't ask to be born or have any say in it and don't deserve to have f'ed up lives because their parents are fucktards.
take shit with a grain of SALT people! although Perez certainly insults the people who deserve to be insulted (aka sellouts and overly manufactured starlets) he's never completely serious and tries to put a fresher spin on the media, at once satirical and almost sardonically funny. yes, people only comment up to the 20-somethings on his "worthwhile cause" posts, but that's because the average reader comes to the website in order to read about slutty disney stars and gritty custody battles- NOT to donate money to charities. sure, it might seem a bit "hypocritical," but Perez is clearly a good person and he's trying to advertise these charities in a place where people, however few, will notice them and perhaps give them the same attention they give vanessa's stupid sears commercial. what's the harm?
yay everyone donate!
