Her name is Kate Ryan, and despite the Anglo name, she's actually from Belgium.

Her song Ella Elle L'a is pure Velveeta - perfect while you're on the treadmill or baking yourself in the sun like Cristiano Ronaldo.

This song actually has been playin in Quebec (canada) for a while. It's a remix of a 80's french song (by France Gall if my memorie is good)

Kate Ryan is great! I have to admit that this song had to grow on me, yet now I am a big fan. You should also try Voyage Voyage, Desanchantée (all covers 'caus that's what she does best) and of course her Eurovision Song Contest entry Je t'adore. You should watch that performance on youtube it is so awesome. No I'm not a fan, I just looove my European pop… it's so wrong it's hot!
