its a quote taken out of context, he was referring to how he gets into character ie: losing 65lbs for a role while not sleeping barely able to move, or when he had to gain the weight back in a short period of time for the first batman he did , all the training etc involved. Obviously when you take on the lifestyle to achieve a certain character that is what happens, and since he goes to extremes- just as Charlize Theron did in monster and who was also quoted as saying she was very depressed during that movie and her boyfriend Stuart was very supportive. The life of a real character actor. The ones that win Oscars. Insulting people is a much easier job, huh Perez?
