There's nothing worse than a bratty kid who stomps and screams when it doesn't get its own way.
Newsday got a hold of the Andrew Giuliani's lawsuit vs. Duke University, which reveals a not so pretty picture of Rudy's son.
Basically, the twat is upset he got kicked off the golf team, so he's suing about it!
The Duke golf coach claims that little Rudy tossed an apple at a teammate, hitting the side of his face, and that in a football game with golf teammates he "played harder than some of the other boys wanted to play."
Included in the lawsuit is an e-mail to Giuliani from five teammates saying they no longer wanted him on the team:
"After careful consideration we have come to the unanimous decision that we wish that your involvement with the Duke Golf Team is terminated," the e-mail says.
Little Andy claims that the golf coach 'forced' his team mates to take a stand against him.
However, the paper did catch up with one of his former team members, and though he refused to comment on the case itself, made the following statement:
"I thought the guys were great and the new coach was great. All I can say, I was not approached by the coach to leave."
From what we've observed, a 'team' only works best when its peeps get along, right?

Already the vicious posts here? In the papers, it sounds like the coach was a bit too harsh in his actions. Sure the kid may be bratty and feel entitled but the bottom line is, can he play golf well and is his conduct sportsmanlike.

Well, maybe he has an issue or two, considering the way his Dad appeared to throw away his family, but he's a great golfer, young, and deserves a chance or at least a formal warning before he's given the college heave ho. That's his future he's talking about. The young don't learn their lessons from being good. Probation might have sufficed here.

Few other points on ythis douche:
He averages 76. He has only made it under par one time. That isn't close to being good enough to go pro.
Even if he was kicked off the team or cut, it doesn't hurt his chances to go pro. In golf you have to earn your way onto the tour by placing high in a qualifying tournament.
Lastly, this lawasuit was 298 PAGES! This is not normal. That is a huge intial document for a lawsuit. Especially one about being cut from the golf team.

To be fair, does it matter if his teammates wanted him on the team or not? He has his tuition paid one way or another just like everyone else, and Im sure he pays other fees for being on the team. He deserves a chance to play just like the rest of them. I'm sure we have all dealt with a bitch we wanted gone from a group or team but tough Deal with it! I think he does have a case.

With a formal lawsuit, the court will gather the facts and determine whether the coach was heavy-handed or not. I don't fault the kid for defending himself. He has the right to. He just has to be prepared for the outcome, whatever it may be.
