The Paps Are Getting Out of Control

Halle Berry is pulling a Brad Pitt.
The new mommy says a paparazzi photographer went too far to get a shot of the Oscar winner holding her infant daughter, trespassing onto her private property and snapping them hanging out in the backyard.
According to a report, Berry was upset when pictures of her holding the little babe showed up on the internet and in two celebrity magazines.
In a statement Berry dismisses the claim that the photos were taken when she was "out and about in Los Angeles."
Her lawyer said a criminal complaint has been filed and an investigation is under way.
He also said there are witnesses who saw the photographers in the middle of a "very blatant and invasive trespass."
Yikes.
Celebs deserve privacy at home too, right?!

It's unfortunate that her privacy was invaded. It shouldn't have happened, however, she needs to beef up her security at her home. Don't just depend on what you think is the law, cuz laws were meant to be broken. Just ask the Judges when they make their rulings.

They absolutely deserve privacy at home. It's against the law to trespass and beyond creepy to imagine someone taking pictures of you in the privacy of your own yard / patio / balcony. The laws need to be inforced.

Its really said how people get attention whores mixed up with real actors. Actors don't need paps when they arnt doing professional interviews or at premiers/events. Would a picture of any actor getting out of the mall really go make you see there movies? No it won't. And I think ppl understand that actors are "just like us".
